A Program for Cut and save a region from any video file, Split the movie file into two parts at a certain scene, And saving any frame from the movie as an image. The program supports (AVI, MPEG, WMV, ASF, QT, and MOV) for input formats, And (AVI, MPEG and WMV) for output formats (as a converter ) this program is very easy to deal with it for example if you want to cut a certain region from the movie:Browse for the input movie file. Go to the last frame of your region using the 2nd slider.For tune selection (frame by frame) use the two buttons around the slider. Select the output type using the 3 taps of formats (AVI, MPEG and WMV).Browse for the two output movie files or let it as default. Click on “Cut” button to start cut. To cancel the cut operation click “Cancel”. as you see before just some clicks to be done.Also if you want to split you, Browse for the input movie file. To set the 1st frame: select “1” from the “Using Slider #” combo box. then Press “Play” button. When the movie reach the desired frame press “Pause” button. Now the current frame is the 1st frame .To set the 2nd repeat these steps but now select “2” from the combo box. Note: the sliders are disabled during playing. About the disply features you can zoom in out according to available zooming options
