Astrobasis Time Converter is the small help program having the following basic capabilities:
It can calculate local or GMT time in the chosen town if is known local or GMT time in the other town.
Towns may be located in different countries.
Dates should concerns to the period since 1900.
It contains the directory of the towns of almost all countries of the world.
This directory contains the information about 27000 cities more than in 200 countries and territories.

For each town in the database you can see :
1) The name of city,
2) The name of the country and region where the city is located,
3) Geographical coordinates of city (latitude and longitude),
4) Rule of calculation of local time for the given city,
5) Current local time

The program has an ability to make lists of cities with which is necessary to work frequently.
